We are working with a prominent and growing company in Ottawa region who is looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join their incredible team! The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for growing trusting and lasting relationships with their clients. The Bilingual Sales Representative will support all aspects of the sales process, and make client satisfaction their #1 goal!

Responsibilities
Answer all customer inquiries by phone and in person
Support all sales related tasks such as order taking and entry, sales invoicing
Offer incredible customer service and experience
Support and work closely with the entire team
Keep informed on new products, promotions, and attend info sessions
Qualifications
Must speak French fluenty
Experience in HVAC and hearth is an asset
2+ years of experience selling B2B
Great knowledge of sales and development strategies
Great communicator
Focused on customer relationship building
Strong organizational and problem solving skills, and ability to thrive autonomously
DEC in building mechanics OR DEP in plumbing/heating (asset)
